We are a home owners association of 20 condos located in the beautiful town of Fountain Hills, Arizona. The property is a mix of two-bedroom owner occupied units and long-term rentals. Our quiet community sits aside the Colony Wash, and is just a few minutes walk from the world famous fountain.
Facilities
Our community has a pool, hot tub and mini-gym. Each unit is assigned a garage.
