The HOA board uses an updated summary of the reserve analysis study to make decisions on maintenance.  The reserve analysis study details our association's physical components and the financial planning needed to maintain them. It was created at the time of the construction of the condos (2004-2005) by a national company Reserve Study Analysis. The analysts' cost estimates allotted for projected inflation. 

Below is a summary of the analysis: components, estimated life-span, estimated cost, last known service date, and recommended service dates.
